If you are going on a trip with no kosher food around, we are here to help.
How it works:
Our frozen food is shipped with dry ice via FedEx overnight service directly to your location. If you are staying at a hotel, please inform the front desk as they are generally accommodating in storing and reheating your meals. To ensure compliance with Kashrut guidelines, each order is double-wrapped, and heating instructions are provided for the staff.

Meals can be shipped either individually or family style, based on your preference.
For help in designing a "frozen friendly" menu for your trip, please reach out to our team at info@lagondola.com.

To guarantee on-time delivery, we request that you email us your requirements at least one week prior to your trip or by the required date for the food.

Please be aware that we only ship from Monday to Thursday, excluding weekends.

Local residents, worry not! If you prefer to carry your order, let us know. We can package it conveniently for you to transport in your carry-on.

**Disclaimer: La Gondola is not responsible for shipping delays once the food has been handed off to delivery couriers. In certain remote states, adverse weather conditions may cause delays. Furthermore, La Gondola cannot be held accountable for delays resulting from agricultural checks or inclement weather. Shipments to Hawaii or Alaska may undergo agricultural inspections, which involve opening the boxes. Please understand that we cannot be responsible for any delays, including those caused by inspections, and if food arrives later than expected.
